Chief Executive Officer

Andrew brings over 15 years of direct-selling experience to Qing Mei, Inc. Throughout his career, he has been noted for his creativity, strong vision, and his capacity to lead people. Demonstrating these skills, Andrew directed one of the most successful product launch events ever, resulting in over $350,000 of product purchased within one hour - kicking off a brand new opportunity for tens of thousands of distributors. Along with Andrew's strong marketing skills, he understands how to simplify processes, provide world-class representative support, and keep costs aligned with corporate goals. He experienced first-hand the momentous growth of publicly traded company, Nu Skin Enterprises. His participation with this company while it grew from $40 million to $500 million in three short years, to over $1 billion currently, was an exhilarating and educational experience - one that he is excited to re-create with Qing Mei, Inc.

Blake W. Holiday

Chief Financial Officer

Blake Holiday brings his experience as a financial services consultant and from his BA of Finance degree to oversee and create Qing Mei's budgets, forecasts, and all financial models. Most recently, Blake also worked as Vice President of Finance at a growing network marketing company. The financial knowledge provided by Blake, along with his understanding of the network marketing industry, is used to help Qing Mei, Inc. continually refine its business operations, promote steady, stable growth, and offer a compelling compensation model.

Mike Casperson

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mike Casperson has been directly involved in the direct-selling industry for over 16 years, participating with the Direct Selling Association (DSA) on several levels. Over his career, Mike has helped countless numbers of entrepreneurs realize their greatest goals and dream. He has consulted with many direct sales companies, helping to create and implement business development opportunities and strategies. He has also successfully developed and deployed sales and member referral compensation models. Mike has directed the efforts to overhaul, restructure, and streamline entire organizations to reflect core values and relationship expectations of parent companies. Mike's strong leadership resulted in an impressive 333% growth rate in his previous position as Chief Operating Officer for another direct-selling company.

Spencer Lewis

Vice President of Information Technology

Spencer Lewis has been active in the technology industry for over 10 years, with 7 years of involvement in the direct selling industry. Along with a Master's degree in Business Information Systems, his experience includes co-founding a web technology company and managing over 70 websites in 35 countries for a billion-dollar, direct-selling organization. Spencer also worked as Vice President of IT for another direct-selling organization where he created and directed the implementation of numerous web sites and tools for network marketing representatives. He brings his passion for the fast-moving world of web-centric IT and his knowledge of the direct-selling industry to assist Qing Mei, Inc. in helping people live their dreams.

Nathan Holiday

Co-Founder, Vice President of Business Development

An entrepreneur at heart, Nathan has been involved in starting up a little less than half a dozen companies. Besides managing operations for a multi-million dollar telecom organization, he has also participated in developing relationships between household-name companies spanning from the Middle East to Scandinavia and back to the US. Nathan has been instrumental in developing the Qing Mei opportunity since its beginnings. As part of the development process, Nathan assisted in the implementation and creation of Qing Mei's flagship product, XING, the company compensation plan, distribution channels, and corporate culture.
